The only thing left which is not identical is the MAC itself, though we both use M1, hers is Air model and mine is PRO, underneth it's practiclly the same computer so even though a possibility, this is probably not it. Tried to install G HUB on GF mac and see if I can reproduce this behaviour with either mouse on her stastion with no success so I can rule out a software bug in G HUB causing this. BUT if I ignore this warning and just keep working as normal then it behaves as if it is fully charged and just reports the wrong charging amount. We both use macs with the same OS version, if I look at the mouse before syncing with G HUB it shows the three green sidebar lights which indicates it is fully charged, once synced with G HUB it locks on 13% and mouse lights shows one red flashing bar. GF works fine, but mine had the described issue, I contacted Logitech's local supplier and had mine replaced just to experience the same issue, switched mice with GF, again, the same issue, tried charging the mouse on her station, mouse indicators showed fully charged, once I connected back to my station, again, the same thing, battery shows 13% and red lights on mouse.

So I'm experiencing the same problem, I bought two g502 one for my GF and one for myself.
